One of the most important things you can do for a strong immunity is a calm heart. Every time you wash your hands, feel your feet planted on the earth and your heart calm. Staying connected with others through the phone or email calms your nervous system.
There are also very specific things you can do to improve your immunity with Chinese medicine. Acupressure points can calm your heart and improve your digestion and thereby your immunity. There is also moxibustion. I prepared a video on some of these things and I have attached it here. I also plan to teach simple Qi Gong exercises that can dramatically improve the way you feel and your immunity.
